Job Summary
This role engages with customers to showcase and sell Comcast/Xfinity products, ensuring an outstanding retail experience. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, customer onboarding, and issue resolution, with moderate supervision. The position requires flexible scheduling and adherence to company standards to support team success.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

SalaryBase Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $25.69 per hour. Our sales compensation programs offer potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
EducationHigh School Diploma / GED.
Relevant Work Experience2–5 years of related experience.
