Job Summary

This role engages customers in a retail environment to showcase and sell Comcast/Xfinity products. The position focuses on achieving sales goals, providing outstanding customer service, and handling store operations while maintaining a flexible schedule.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret account statements, process payments, and resolve billing questions in the store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information and in‑store promotions.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and professional store environment.
• Support teamwork, continuous learning and innovation, and contribute to a fun, competitive atmosphere.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store consistently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, persuasion, integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork and technical knowledge.

• Base pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Target compensation (base pay plus commission): $25.69 per hour.
• Commission potential for sales positions.
