You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help them prep for their first day of school, and all the big and little moments of their parenting journey.

What You’ll Do- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
- Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues while balancing a busy retail environment.
- Assist with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
- Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
- Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
- Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
- A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
- Stand or walk for extended periods, including the ability to climb a ladder.
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 to $18.75 per hour based on experience and location.
