Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, customer-first service on the sales floor to drive daily sales and begin building a loyal clientele. They support store initiatives and leverage digital and alternative shopping tools to enhance product discovery and purchasing. This entry-level role contributes to team training, store standards, and provides feedback to management to improve the customer experience.

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer-focused selling.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use digital and omnichannel tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, QR codes, digital catalogs) to facilitate sales.
• Deliver a consistent brand-aligned customer experience and uphold store standards.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate the register for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
