Seafood Clerk
As a primary contact for Safeway customers, the Seafood Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Cuts, weighs, wraps and packages seafood for sale in the seafood section of a grocery store. Cleans product, weighs, wraps, and places it in the display area. Logs temperature in freezer and cooler and maintains the area in a clean condition.
Job Duties- Ability to follow company customer service procedures. Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.

Union and Non-UnionThe pay range is $17.38 to $23.57 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and or 401k eligibility).
