Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive package with starting hourly pay between $19 and $22 per hour, plus auto‑allowance eligibility, a $500 sign‑on bonus, and a $500 retention bonus after six months. • Shift: Tuesday – Saturday (Days)
• Daily Vehicle: Must drive own vehicle daily in Federal Way, Auburn and surrounding areas of WA. Vehicle reliability and flexibility required.
• Eligibility for auto‑allowance will be granted after a successful completion of the safety‑sensitive drug‑test review.

The Merchandiser I performs merchandising activities, constructs displays and stocks SGWS products in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. The role involves installing promotional point‑of‑sale materials to achieve display objectives and stocking products as needed.

• Build displays and update pricing and special offers within an assigned territory.
• Maintain positive relationships with retail customers.
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed.
• Install point‑of‑sale materials as directed.
• Stock products on shelves, displays and cold boxes as necessary.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• One year of experience in merchandising or related field.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in compliance with SGWS requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Extended periods of sitting, typing, and operating a computer or mobile device.
• Walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting and stooping as required.
• Capacity to lift, lower, push, carry or pull up to 48 lbs.

This position is deemed a safety‑sensitive position. Any conditional offer of employment will require a drug test.
