• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on details and suggesting fits to their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible across zones, including Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You collaborate with and support your team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
