Sales Support Specialist

In this role, you will utilize Microsoft Office software, Quick Books, and the client's internal database to manage inside sales support activities such as handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, preparing quotes, maintaining follow-ups, and processing orders. In addition, you will reach out to the client's partner contractors and promoting the company's internal products. You will also collaborate with warehouse and estimating teams to ensure smooth operations and a well-rounded customer experience, which may include navigating documentation, managing product samples, and assisting with inventory support as needed.

This role is a Permanent, Direct Hire. It is a long term need at the company. This role is on-site.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience with sales related responsibilities in an industrial distributor environment
• Comfortable with occasional proactive sales efforts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint as well as PDF formatted documents
• Positive attitude, excellent attendance record, and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Must pass criminal background check and demonstrate stable work history

Bonus:

• Experience or proficiency with Quick Books and navigating internal databases

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience
