• Pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, no door knocking
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–4 PM with some Saturdays as needed
• Full commission with uncapped earning potential
• Top rep is currently on pace to earn well over $300,000 this year
• Bonuses and spiffs on top of commission
• Company gas card and a wrapped company vehicle upon hitting quota — strong closers typically earn these within their first month
• A small, professional team that holds each other accountable and wins together

• Fence estimating and sales experience — non‑negotiable
• A documented or demonstrable close rate at or above 35 %
• Disciplined follow‑up habits — you must work the pipeline, not just the easy closes
• CRM proficiency — all communication and follow‑up is logged and managed through our system
• Professional appearance and conduct on every appointment
• Team‑first mindset — we are a small team and that word means something here
