Auburn Mechanical | Commercial HVAC | Service Agreements & Project Sales

Auburn Mechanical is growing in the Spokane market and hiring an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to drive service agreement (PM) sales and commercial project opportunities.

This role is ideal for a proven HVAC sales professional who understands mechanical systems, knows the local market, and builds long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and grow HVAC service agreements (PMs) and commercial retrofit/project sales
  • Build strong relationships with facility managers, general contractors, and building owners
  • Identify opportunities, perform site walks, and deliver practical, solution-based proposals
  • Partner with service and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage pipeline, forecast sales activity, and consistently meet performance targets
