Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Auburn, WA. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on open opportunities. Daily activities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, and coordinating with production, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate pricing and delivery information.
The role involves maintaining regular communication with existing accounts to support customer satisfaction, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and resolve issues promptly. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the broader team to achieve revenue targets and excellence in customer service.
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing phone and email communications and handling inquiries.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with Lead Generation and basic prospecting activities, including qualifying opportunities and initiating follow-up.
- Account Management skills, including maintaining relationships, tracking activity, and supporting repeat business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail in quotes, documentation, and CRM entries.
- Comfort working with ERP system and basic proficiency in MS Office (or similar productivity tools).
- Understands manufacturing concepts, ideally with experience in metal processing and fabrication or industrial products.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or a related field is a plus
