As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, answering phones and maintaining a clean and organized workspace and sales floor. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and have a passion for sales in the construction industry, we would love to hear from you.

Pay:
Dependent on Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a counter sales role.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and construction products.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales orders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to answer phones and multi-task.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
