Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; assist with access control, visitor interactions, and site procedures.;
Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in reporting requirements.;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner; notify leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
