Global Dimensions is currently seeking Journeyman Operations Research Analysts to support a mission-critical program at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC
.
The Journeyman Operations Research Analyst provides analytical and operational research support to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) by applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies to solve complex intelligence and operational challenges. This position combines intelligence analysis, operations research, financial analysis, and decision-support techniques to develop actionable intelligence, identify trends, evaluate risks, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, Intelligence Community experience, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful intelligence products and operational recommendations.
Essential Job Functions:Produce actionable intelligence leads and classified intelligence products in accordance with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards.
Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies to evaluate complex operational, intelligence, and investigative problems.
Analyze information from multiple intelligence sources to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
Conduct operational research and develop data-driven recommendations that support strategic planning and organizational decision-making.
Utilize mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and optimization methods to improve operational effectiveness.
Perform financial, operational, and intelligence research using government and commercial data sources.
Conduct research utilizing Sentinel , S&P Capital IQ (CapIQ),
Pitch Book , Microsoft Office applications, and other analytical tools.
Develop reports, executive summaries, briefing materials, and decision-support products for senior Government leadership.
Collect, analyze, validate, and integrate intelligence information from multiple classified and unclassified sources.
Evaluate information reliability, identify intelligence gaps, and develop defensible analytical judgments.
Support policy development, program evaluation, logistics planning, and operational assessments.
Collaborate with FBI personnel and Intelligence Community partners to support mission objectives.
Present analytical findings and recommendations through written reports and oral briefings.
Perform administrative, analytical, and research functions supporting FBI operations.
Perform additional operational research and intelligence analysis duties as assigned.
Required Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance based on a fully adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) completed or initiated within the past five (5) years

Clearance must have at least six (6) months remaining at the time of resume submission.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum seven (7) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or another U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) agency.
Experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions within an intelligence or investigative environment.
Experience producing actionable intelligence leads and classified intelligence products in accordance with ODNI analytic tradecraft standards.
Demonstrated experience applying structured analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, intelligence gaps, and operational risks.
Working knowledge of Intelligence Community organizations, investigative methodologies, and intelligence collection capabilities.
Proficiency with:

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Basic knowledge of foreign financial threats and counterintelligence.
