In-Home Stone Counter top Install Assistant

Full-Time $18-$21 per hour (DOE)
Day Shift Monday-Friday (6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start) + Overtime Potential

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking motivated individuals to join our Auburn branch as In-Home Install Assistants. If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a skilled trade, we will train the right candidate.

With 16 branches and five manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM manufactures, sells, and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops annually. Since 1961, we've built our reputation on quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do

• Assist the Lead Installer with complete counter top installations in customers' homes
• Remove existing countertops and disconnect plumbing when required
• Maintain professionalism and respond to customer questions on-site
• Safely transport and handle stone materials
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
• Pick up materials or tools from the shop as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position involves local travel, with occasional out-of-town assignments.
What We're Looking For

• No experience required - construction or installation experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry 100-200 lbs. (assisted team lifts)
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
