If you answered "yes" and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Maintenance Mechanic!
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of carpentry experience
- 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience
- 3+ years of paint and patch experience
Experience in tile, flooring, and general facility repair is highly valued.
Day-to-DayIn this Maintenance Mechanic role, you head out to assigned job sites, where no two days are the same. You might begin by patching and painting sheetrock in a commercial space, then move on to installing tile, performing general maintenance repairs, or tackling welding and fabrication tasks. Throughout your day, you ll work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the spot while ensuring each job meets high standards.
When larger projects arise, you ll collaborate with other skilled trades, contributing your expertise to complete multi-faceted repairs efficiently. At every stop, you represent Pacific Facility Solutions with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service and leaving each site better than you found it.
This is a full-time position working predominately evening and night shifts
, with on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.
