Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience
• 3+ years of paint and patch experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in tile, flooring, and general facility repair is highly valued.

In this Maintenance Mechanic role, you head out to assigned job sites, where no two days are the same. You might begin by patching and painting sheetrock in a commercial space, then move on to installing tile, performing general maintenance repairs, or even tackling welding and fabrication tasks. Throughout your day, you'll work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the spot while ensuring each job meets high standards.
