Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You love troubleshooting and fixing things. Must‑haves:

Great‑to‑haves:

• Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping

The compensation range for this role is $22 – $27 / hour.
