Salary: $25.00 – $45.00 hourly

  • Paid Time Off (PTO):
    All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
DUTIES
  • Execute expert vehicle maintenance and precision repairs — oil, brakes, tires, engines, and beyond.
  • Master cutting‑edge diagnostics with the latest Nissan software and specialized tools.
  • Maintain and repair diesel engines for maximum performance and reliability.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the newest tech, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) — repair, calibrate, and dominate.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences — explain repairs clearly, build trust, and back it up with flawless execution.
  • Utilize professional‑grade tools to complete every job with speed, skill, and accuracy.
  • Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with an elite crew — teamwork that drives results and success.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven success as an Automotive Technician or similar high‑performance role.
  • Deep knowledge of diagnostics, repair systems, and advanced maintenance procedures.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern diagnostic equipment and automotive software.
  • Familiarity with diesel repair and maintenance is a major plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills — you know how to earn trust and loyalty.
  • Physically capable of handling a fast‑paced, demanding shop environment (lift up to 50 lbs).
  • Bonus points for sales or upselling experience — we reward hustle.
