Based in Auburn, WA, you will:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform accurate troubleshooting using wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools
- Provide reliable, professional service to homeowners
- Support and mentor less experienced technicians as needed
- Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures on every job

- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience
- Active Washington 068 license
- EPA certification
- Seattle refrigeration license preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical work required in the field
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
