Service Technician; Beverage Equipment

New Era Staffing & HR Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, locally rooted beverage service company to hire a Service Technician who thrives on hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and keeping businesses running smoothly.

Location:

Auburn, WA (must be willing and able to drive company vehicle to job sites). Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (Competitive pay + bonus potential). Day

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with OT as needed.

Employment Type:

Full‑time.

• Install, service, repair, and remove beverage dispensing equipment (fountain machines, bar guns, coffee systems, ice machines, and more).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in the field.
• Deliver professional, customer‑focused service at every stop.
• Track service work, parts, and job details accurately.
• Ensure all equipment is installed safely and meets company standards.
• Operate a company vehicle responsibly.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools.
• Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently and manage your time.
• Professional communication and customer service mindset.
• Clean driving record (required).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
