Help keep the company's fleet and operating equipment safe, reliable, and ready to support daily field production with minimal downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy construction equipment
• Assist experienced mechanics with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Help prepare equipment so it is safe, available, and job-ready
• Learn how to identify mechanical problems before they cause larger failures
• Help maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
• Develop diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on training
• Support the team in reducing equipment downtime and repeat repairs

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, organized, and able to follow through
• Comfortable working in both shop and outdoor environments
• Mechanical experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in trucks, trailers, diesel systems, or heavy equipment
