We are looking for someone with excavation experience who is eager to expand their skills in the septic industry. If you are dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and are willing to complete WOSSA training to earn your Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide the opportunity to gain the specialized knowledge needed to build a rewarding career in a growing industry.
What You’ll Do:- Safely operate excavators and other heavy equipment on residential and commercial job sites.
- Assist with the inspection, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of drain fields and septic systems.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot drain field issues.
- Complete required documentation using Service Titan and OnlineRME.
- Work closely with experienced team members while developing your technical skills.
- Attend WOSSA training and earn your O&M Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.
- Experience operating excavators
- Valid CDL Class A with an acceptable driving record.
- Registered and Consent for FMCSA Clearinghouse querie
- Willingness and ability to obtain O&M Level 1 and Level 2 certifications through WOSSA.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Experience as a drain field or septic technician
- OSM Certificate with O&M Level 2
- Experience using Service Titan
- Experience operating excavation equipment (Mini Kubota, etc.)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks

Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of verifiable experience working with drain fields
- WOSSA O&M Level 2
Certification - Valid CDL A and insurable under company policy
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Consent to FMCSA Clearinghouse queries
