Cool Sys is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to lead field service on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose and repair racks, cases, and HVAC-R equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient system performance for retail, commercial, and industrial customers. You'll serve as a technical expert, mentoring junior technicians, accurately documenting work, and communicating clearly with customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC-R systems in the field
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety of equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues using gauges and test instruments
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing on-the-job training and guidance
- Document service work, parts used, and findings accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings, options, and recommendations
- Follow all Cool
- Sys and OSHA safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Support energy-efficient and sustainability-focused refrigeration solutions across customer sites
