Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Building Engineer I to maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in our office property. You will perform routine maintenance, address tenant service requests, and troubleshoot to keep systems safe and compliant under supervision.
The role requires 2-3 years of related experience or trades licenses, CFC preferred, and familiarity with BAS. You will work 100% in-office with on-call rotations and must be authorized to work in the United States.
