On-Site Operations Lead (Part-Time, W-2)
Location: Auburn, WA near Sea Tac
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week

- Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on outdoors On-Site Operations Lead to oversee a small vehicle processing team at our Seattle operation. This is a working lead position-you will work alongside your team while coordinating daily activities, communicating with customers, and ensuring vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent environment, is highly organized, and takes ownership of results.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily vehicle processing activities for a team of 2-3 associates
- Receive, move, park and process incoming vehicles arriving via truck from San Diego
- Use handheld devices and mobile applications to receive assignments and update vehicle statuses
- Remove vehicle tags as needed
- Ensure electric vehicles are properly charged and staged
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and team members via phone, email, and text
- Handle scheduling and day-to-day operational coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Identify and resolve issues proactively with minimal supervision
- Assist with on the lot vehicle movement and other operational tasks as needed
Team members are expected to work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and other seasonal elements, provided conditions remain safe for operations.
Candidates must be comfortable:
- Working outdoors for the entire shift
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequently entering and exiting vehicles
- Safely operating and moving vehicles as needed
- Working around moving vehicles, transport trucks, and active loading areas
- Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds, including tags, equipment, and charging cables

- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and web-based applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in automotive operations, logistics, transportation, fleet management, auction services, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience leading small teams is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk, stand, and enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift
