Starting wage: $23.15 per hour with guaranteed raises of $2.00 after the first year.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional Saturday mornings.

- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles.
- Adhere to Tire Hub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while following safety protocols.
- Conduct cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control procedures.
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all Tire Hub policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.
- Optimize work processes and pursue continuous improvement.
- Operate effectively under ambiguous or uncertain conditions.

- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history (learner's permit not counted).
- Minimum age 19 years old.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capability for frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate and efficient in loading, unloading, and placing tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level.
- Experience operating a forklift for up to 8 hours per day.
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
- License to maintain forklift certification.
- Valid REAL r's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (3 years preferred).
Requires lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or moving tires (up to 50 lbs. or greater) following safety procedures. Regularly standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing. May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus. Operates equipment in various settings, including non-climate-controlled warehouses and customer locations. Extended days, evenings, weekends (including Saturdays) and night driving may be required with little to no advanced notice.
