Base pay starts at $39.00 per hour

Shift: Full Time Day Shift

The Driver will be expected to transport and deliver our windows and doors to our dealers, distribution centers, and/or construction job sites using a tractor‑trailer. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top‑notch customer service. This is a hands‑on over the road delivery driving position.

• Delivery to delegated locations using a Tractor‑trailer truck driver to make single and multi‑drop deliveries for Cornerstone Building Brands (Ply Gem Windows)
• Must be willing to be over the road 1‑3 Nights. Local routes available.
• Safely assist in the loading and unloading of the product to customer’s location and/or return products. (Driver will be required to handle the windows and doors)
• Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of windows and doors of varying weights
• Drive truck to destinations in accordance with Federal regulations
• Apply knowledge of commercial driving and skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speed in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather or in tight loading dock areas
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations including driver logs, possible fuel purchases, mileage records, and other records required by law
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations for safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle
• Able to answer questions regarding packing lists, invoices, packaging, and material content. If unable to answer specific questions, direct customer to the appropriate contact
• May perform other duties as assigned

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL License, clean MVR, and current Medical Card
• 2 years commercial truck driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable)
• Prior experience in construction field a plus
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
• Experience driving commercial/residential construction job sites

The US base pay range for this full‑time position is $39.00 per hour to $44.00 per hour + medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

(Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement).
