TITLE: Warehouse Returns
LOCATION:
Auburn, WA
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
PAY: $18

SUMMARY:
Responsible for processing returned merchandise in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role includes receiving and inspecting returned items, verifying product condition, accurately entering data into inventory systems, and determining proper disposition according to company guidelines. The associate ensures inventory accuracy, maintains organization of the returns area, and follows all safety and quality standards while meeting productivity goals. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive and process returned merchandise in a high-volume distribution center
• Inspect items for condition, accuracy, and compliance with return guidelines
• Sort, categorize, and route returns to the appropriate disposition areas
• Accurately enter return data into warehouse or inventory management systems
• Identify discrepancies and report issues to leadership as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and support overall warehouse operations
REQUIREMENT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or returns processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
