Position Overview
Warehouse I – Pay Rate: $21.97/hour
Responsibilities- Prioritize and pick product to fill orders and stage product for loading.
- Physically move and lift product weighing up to 150 pounds.
- Assist in daily warehouse closing and compile regular reports of damaged or outdated stock.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and maintain required licenses.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, managing products up to 50 pounds and heavier tires through rolling, destacking, or team lifting.
- Organize warehouse stock by product line, ensuring adequate space for overflow.
- Perform routine facility maintenance and housekeeping, including cleaning parking lots, loading docks, and surrounding areas.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products regarding quantity, size, and type; report inventory shortages and assist in periodic counts.
- Operate hand‑held devices for data entry of product numbers and placement for inventory accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as paperwork and warehouse closing procedures.
- Collaboration – Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Effective Communication – Developing and delivering multi‑mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

- High School or GED degree.
- 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
