Warehouse Associate

Endries International is a dynamic and growing fastener distribution company
 dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We take pride in
 our commitment to excellence and are seeking a motivated individual to join our
 team as a Warehouse/Packaging Associate.

 Responsibilities

  1. Packaging:
Responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging products
     according to company standards.
  2. Quality Control:
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all items meet our
     quality standards before shipping.
  3. Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records,
     including receiving, restocking, and organizing warehouse shelves.
  4. Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner to meet
     customer requirements when required.
  5. Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe
     working environment.

 Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

* Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging role is preferred but not
    required.
  
* Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes (up to 50lbs) on a
    regular basis.
  
* Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
  
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
    environment.
  
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a
    team.

* Compensation: $21/hour (actual compensation will vary and will be based on
    various factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role)
