Warehouse Operations Specialist Opportunity Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will efficiently manage shipping and receiving orders, ensuring all materials are properly loaded and unloaded from trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately log all incoming and outgoing shipments, including small parcels and large pallets.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks to maintain an organized warehouse.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to monitor inventory levels.
  • Verify the quantities of all products received and dispatched.
  • Carefully package products for shipment to ensure they arrive safely to customers.
  • Notify relevant team members via email regarding shipment statuses.
  • Assist the Parts Manager with shipment reconciliations when necessary.
  • Record all outgoing shipments and manage shipment requests.
  • Label incoming products appropriately for easy identification.
  • Stage incoming products for efficient stocking by the warehouse team.
  • Maintain an accurate Receiving Log for all incoming shipments.
  • Prepare documentation for accounting purposes related to receiving activities.
  • Scan and organize all shipment documentation in the proper system.
  • Pick and package orders for Will Call customers.
  • Handle parts for Repair Orders, ensuring documentation of the chain of custody.
  • Work collaboratively towards the organizational goals of the warehouse.
  • Facilitate the delivery and pickup of parts as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of relevant experience or training.
  • Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures, including UPS World Ship.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
