Receiving Associate

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable Receiving Associate for a growing warehouse operation in Auburn, Washington. Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment. Fill customer orders, including wire cutting and pipe order fulfillment. Load and unload freight and delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and RF scanners. Maintain accurate inventory and organize warehouse storage areas. Follow company best practices to ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus, including sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, or order picker. Comfortable using handheld RF scanners or willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
