Pipe Yard Associate

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Pipe Yard Associate to join our team in Auburn, WA. This role will primarily work outdoors in the pipe yard, supporting warehouse operations through order fulfillment, product handling, loading, and inventory movement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an outside environment, operating forklifts, and performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

• Perform industrial order filling and receiving duties
• Pick, bundle, stage, and prepare pipe and conduit products for shipment
• Consolidate and load materials safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse operating systems for inventory tracking
• Maintain an organized and safe pipe yard environment
• Assist with general warehouse and outside storage operations
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completing tasks correctly the first time
• Ability to learn and operate handheld scanners and computer-based inventory systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
