** Position Responsibilities*
* Substitute teachers will assume the duties of the regular classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies, including:

+ Delivering instruction using established lesson plans

+ Assigning reasonable classwork and homework

+ Motivating students and encouraging active participation

+ Adapting instruction to meet diverse learning styles

+ Maintaining a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment

Term Assignments (11+ consecutive days):*
* + Developing lesson plans

+ Creating, administering, and grading assignments and assessments

** Minimum Requirements*
* ** Substitute Teachers*

** 20 years of age*
* + High school diploma or equivalent (
** college coursework or degree a plus** )

** Substitute Paraprofessionals*

** 18 years of age*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

Term Substitute Teachers*

** in the same role

** All Candidates Must Have:*
* + Comfort using a computer?based scheduling and payroll system
