Provide customer service to clients in a tech-focused location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Screen employees, contractors, and visitors at entry points using established access control steps, including checking identification, verifying authorization, and supporting badge issuance and/or visitor check-in.;
Conduct package, bag, and delivery screening as required by post orders, and route persons and items to the appropriate internal contact or area.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate unusual activity to site contacts, and monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms as assigned.
