Security Officer Visitor Credentialing

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization for people and vehicles, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted and/or operational areas;
Document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity, communicate access-related concerns to site contacts, and complete required reports on security-related incidents, unusual activity, and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including directing individuals to the proper access point and supporting site response procedures when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, fencing, access points, and other utility infrastructure areas where working conditions may vary by location
