We are seeking a dynamic and people centric Operations Assistant Manager- SEN-HAN Transit Division to lead and oversee all Transportation Operators within the fleet (approximately 60), ensuring consistent delivery of safe, reliable, and customer‑focused service. This role manages operator performance, attendance, training, coaching, and compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
The Operations Assistant Manager works closely with Registrations/Reservations, Dispatch, Schedulers-Operations Center, Safety, HR, and Maintenance to ensure operators are properly supported and that service targets, including on time performance, safety, and customer satisfaction—are achieved.
This Leadership role is key in managing a workforce responsible for approximately 600 daily trips.

- 2–4 years of experience supervising drivers in transportation, logistics, or transit operations.
- Strong understanding of CDL requirements, DOT regulations, and driver safety standards.
- Effective leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Experience in public transit, paratransit, shuttle, or other fleet environments.
- Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS), fatigue management, and ADA accessibility requirements.

Salary $90,000
