Registered Nurse; RN - Hospice

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Compassionate and Dedicated Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Hospice Case Manager team in the New Jersey area.

The RN will visit hospice clients in designated geographic territories, providing palliative care in the comfort of their homes. The role requires a collaborative approach with a multidisciplinary health‑care team and adherence to clinical protocols.

• Make home visits to clients in the assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures, and deliver comfort care.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors’ orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills and preferred experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Base pay: $43–$45 per hour, subject to negotiation.
