The Meat Lead

• Oversee meat department operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising excellence.

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet items.

• Package food products efficiently and safely to ensure they reach customers in excellent condition.

• Manage sales and operations of the Meat & Seafood Department.

• Receive and complete grocery orders from customers.
• Package, prepare, weigh, and price fresh meats according to demand.
• Participate in store opening and closing routines.

• Assist with preparing, packaging, and displaying fresh meat and seafood products.
• Operate in a fast‑paced kitchen, focusing on cold food preparation.

• Create a delicious experience for guests with Arby's Meatcraft offerings.

• Lead and manage a grocery‑focused meat and poultry sales team.
• Hands‑on, on‑site presence five days per week.

• Ensure timely response to all service requests for customer sites in assigned territory.
