Controller; Manufacturing industry

Human Technologies, Inc. is recruiting an experienced Controller for an international manufacturing company in North Augusta, SC. This is a full‑time, onsite position with fantastic opportunities for growth and advancement. The salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 / year (plus bonus) depending on experience/education. Relocation assistance is available for candidates not currently located in the greater N. Augusta/Augusta area.

• 6+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA is a plus
• Must have CPA (or ability to earn it within the first year)
• SAP software experience is preferred

• Monitor cash flow and provide oversight to cash collections
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies
• Oversee month and year‑end close, as well as daily accounting functions (AP, AR, etc.)
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including analysis of changes from previous periods
• Ensure GAAP compliance
• Review and approve journal entries as required
• Prepare key reports for the Board and banks, including analysis
• Supports the annual and financial audit and tax returns
• Ensure the ledger is maintained in an accurate and efficient manner, and that all manual entries are well documented
• Manage, coach and develop accounting team members
• Other duties as assigned
