Job Overview
This position is for the Fall
2026 tax busy season from August
17th through October
16th. The employee will provide a broad spectrum of support to the tax department in a fast‑paced, challenging and rewarding environment.
- Processing, assembling and delivering tax returns, extensions and estimates
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods
- Scanning and/or downloading client documents via firm software
- Working independently and collaboratively to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of workflows to meet deadlines
- Being a positive team player for the tax administrative team and tax department
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting or related field
- Experience in tax administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures
- Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications
- Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining a sense of calm and humor
- Superior organizational, multi‑tasking and follow‑through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
- Open to constructive feedback and ongoing self‑improvement

The compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 – $28.00 per hour. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
