- Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- Masters, CPA or EA is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years' experience in public accounting.
- Expert in corporate income tax preparation and/or individual income tax preparation.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex tax issues in an understandable manner.
- Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through.

- Review work papers, provide opinions, and guidance
