Job SummaryThis position provides administrative support to the Chief of Plastic Surgery and other plastic surgery faculty.
Responsibilities- Maintains calendars and coordinates meetings; answer/triage phone calls and greet visitors. Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the department with any needs regarding patients or faculty members.
- Prepare documents, maintain confidential files. Distribute incoming correspondence and mail management. Order/maintain office supplies, provide back up administrative support as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements. Prepare all check requests for the faculty and APPs.
- Maintain timekeeping records for faculty. Prepare and track clinic cancellations requests. Assist with credentialing paperwork for faculty. Monitor job performance of administrative staff. Serve as a delegate for various administrative duties.
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned.
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience. OR High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization and a minimum of four years progressively responsible office support experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

Salary:
Minimum $16.54/hour - $17.90/hour;
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
