The firm's attorneys offer comprehensive legal support tailored to the unique needs of each case.
This position assists in managing the day-to-day operations of a professional office such as paying bills, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, financial management, vendor agreements, office and personnel management, etc., subject to partner oversight on major financial and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Pay firm bills and track expenses
- Coordinate payroll and work with the firm’s CPA
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate trust accounting procedures
- Prepare settlement statements and distributions
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Manage vendors (IT, phones, software, insurance, marketing, office services)
- Identify inefficiencies and improve internal systems
- Maintain compliance and renewal calendars
- Coordinate office technology, equipment, and supplies
- Administer employee benefits through PEO/Insperity
- Track employee PTO and attendance
- Handle onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain internal procedures and policies
- Strong experience with Quick Books and bookkeeping (required)
- Prior office management, accounting, or operations experience
- Proactive, organized, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $65-75K base salary (based on experience) with bonus opportunities tied to operational efficiency and firm performance
Schedule: Full-time, in-office (with some flexibility)
