Job Description
We are in search of a diligent Operations Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The role is based in the finance industry and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Operations Specialist, your main task will be to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer loan applications, office management tasks, and contribute to process improvement.
Responsibilities- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of loan details
- Assist in various administrative tasks and office management duties to maintain smooth operations
- Participate actively in training sessions related to finance and accounting procedures to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Use your analytical skills to contribute to the improvement of our processes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and update them as and when required
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize skills in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel in daily operations
- Ensure accurate numeric data entry in all tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry tasks, including numeric data entry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables and macros.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in an operations role would be a plus, but not a requirement.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
