Relate Search has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in their search for a Front Office Administrator to support daily front desk operations, administrative functions, and bookkeeping support. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will serve as the face of the office while assisting with billing communications, mail and wire processing, and general office administration. Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general office communications in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support including filing, document management, data entry, and office organization.
- Assist with bookkeeping‑related administrative tasks, including billing communications, mailing/wiring information, and invoice support.
- Support the Controller and office staff with reporting, scheduling, and general administrative projects.
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, front office, or office support role preferred.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and customer‑focused demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable supporting bookkeeping and administrative functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
