Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business documents, including drafting, formatting, proofreading, and submission.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of admin related experience.
  • Willing and able to work onsite in the office.
