Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of business documents, including drafting, formatting, proofreading, and submission.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records to support reporting and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving business needs.
- At least 2 years of admin related experience.
- Willing and able to work onsite in the office.
