Responsible for front desk administrative support and general office duties at Reeves Construction Company.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, applicants, deliveries, salesmen, and customers at the front desk.
  • Processing internal and external sales weekly
  • Manage phone calls, directing inquiries, and messages as appropriate
  • Book hotels for employees traveling on business as needed
  • Set up iPhones and iPads for employee use
  • Order and maintain inventory of employee uniforms
  • Receive and distribute plant packages and mail
  • Prepare and clean up for office events, including Family Fun Day, Customer Appreciation Day, Christmas Luncheon, etc
  • Handle Fed Ex and certified mailings
  • Manage and Distribute company tickets for events
  • Call for repair, maintenance, and cleaning services for the office and ensure annual contract renewal
  • Scan invoices to accounts payable mailbox
  • File and purge records as needed
  • Order, pick up, and stock office supplies as needed
  • Process deposits as needed
  • Collect and disperse lien waivers and payment documentation
  • License renewals
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees and clients.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous but not required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crawl.
  • Must be able to speak and hear. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
