Description
Resicum International LLC is seeking a Long Range Planning Calendar (LRPC) Coordinator to support the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G3 Staff Section at Fort Benning, Georgia. The LRPC Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing the MCoE Long Range Planning Calendar, coordinating quarterly command guidance meetings, facilitating the monthly G3/S3 meeting, and ensuring all calendar events are accurately documented, deconflicted, and communicated to stakeholders.
This position requires strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of Army operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple staff sections.
- Maintain and update the MCoE Long Range Planning Calendar (LRPC); update the calendar within 48 hours of any change and ensure accuracy at all times.
- Attend and provide administrative coordination support for quarterly command guidance meetings; distribute meeting notes via SharePoint within 48 hours of meeting completion.
- Coordinate and facilitate the monthly G3/S3 meeting; prepare agendas, distribute read‑aheads, record minutes, and post minutes to SharePoint within 48 hours.
- Prepare Memoranda of Instruction (MOIs) for LRPC‑related events, training exercises, and command activities as directed.
- Coordinate scheduling deconfliction across MCoE staff sections, subordinate units, and tenant organizations.
- Maintain LRPC‑related records and files IAW Army records management requirements and MCoE Reg 350‑1.
- Provide calendar status briefings to G3 leadership as directed.
- Communicate scheduling changes and updates promptly to all affected stakeholders.
- Post all LRPC updates, MOIs, and meeting products to MCoE G3 SharePoint within required timelines.
- Maintain proficiency with Army scheduling tools and G3 SharePoint sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in General Business, Business or Technical Writing, Military Science, English, or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Active SECRET security clearance, verifiable in DISS.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Army administrative, operations, or planning coordination role.
- Proficiency in oral and written communications; strong minute‑taking and document preparation skills.
- Working knowledge of Army operations, command battle rhythm, and chain of command.
- Knowledge of basic military protocol and scheduling procedures.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint document libraries and calendar tracking tools.
- Familiarity with MCoE Reg 350‑1 and AR 25‑50 or demonstrated ability to learn applicable regulations quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high‑volume, time‑sensitive calendar with zero error tolerance on scheduling conflicts.
- Prior service in an Army G3/S3 plans section, training management role, or division/brigade operations cell.
- Experience as an Army 25U (Signal Support Specialist), 42A (HR Specialist), or comparable administrative MOS with operations section exposure.
- Experience at a TRADOC Center of Excellence or training base.
- Familiarity with MCoE Fort Benning operations and organizational calendar.
This is a non‑personal services contract position. Contractor personnel are not Government employees and will identify themselves as contractor personnel in all communications. All contractor employees must sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement prior to beginning performance. Government will provide workspace, computers, and equipment. Telework is not authorized.
